Tina is a Grade 11 student at Burnaby Central Secondary and is excited to be Generational Hearts’ Director of Finance. She is also a young entrepreneur developing a civic technology platform that helps municipalities verify, prioritize, and manage infrastructure issues reported by residents.

She joined Generational Hearts because, growing up, she didn’t get the opportunity to hear stories from her grandparents. She moved to Canada at a young age and lost them a year later, which made her realize how meaningful it is to preserve the experiences and wisdom of older generations.

Tina enjoys going down rabbit holes about private markets and Web3 concepts, as well as meeting new people and attending events. She is always curious and constantly finds new opportunities to learn. To ground herself from her many activities, she enjoys going on walks and spending time in the sauna. She is also trying to learn how to sail and enjoys golfing with her dad.

Through Generational Hearts, Tina is looking forward to helping connect youth and older generations through meaningful conversations and creating opportunities for people of different generations to learn from one another.
